Located in the heart of The Hague, our historic hotel welcomes international guests, business travellers and leisure guests. Every day, we work together to create a warm and welcoming experience.
Our kitchen plays an important role in this. From breakfast and lunch to drinks, dinner and events, everything comes from our kitchen. To help keep things running smoothly, we are looking for an enthusiastic Dishwasher to join our team.
As a Dishwasher, you make sure that plates, cutlery and kitchen equipment are clean and returned to the right place. You will work with an automatic dishwasher and help the kitchen team keep everything clean, organised and ready for service.
It is an active role where you will spend a lot of time on your feet and moving around. Things can get busy, especially during peak times, but together we make sure the kitchen keeps running smoothly.
You don't need years of experience. What matters most to us is that you are motivated, willing to roll up your sleeves and enjoy working as part of a team.
Wash plates, cutlery and kitchen equipment using an automatic dishwasher
Keep the dishwashing and kitchen areas clean and tidy
Return clean plates and cutlery to the right place
Identify and report any issues with the equipment
Inform your supervisor of any relevant issues or concerns
Assist with other kitchen tasks when needed
You are enthusiastic and motivated
You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and know how to get things done
You take hygiene seriously
You can stay calm and work efficiently during busy periods
You are a team player
You are reliable and responsible
You are comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and doing physically active work
You are available to work weekends
Speaking Dutch is a plus
