28 - 30 August
During Jazz in de Gracht, the historic city centre of The Hague transforms into one large open-air stage. Along the charming canals around the Dunne Bierkade, Groenewegje and Bierkade, you can enjoy live jazz performances from boats gliding by. The atmosphere is relaxed and summery, with international artists, inviting terraces, and fine wine. From the Carlton Ambassador, it is just a pleasant 10–15 minute walk to the festival area.
Wijn Festijn on the Lange Voorhout
8 - 10 August
The stately Lange Voorhout transforms into a true paradise for wine lovers at the beginning of August during the annual WijnFestijn The Hague. In the shade of centuries-old trees, you can taste dozens of wines from around the world, accompanied by delicious bites and live music. After an afternoon or evening filled with flavour and good company, it feels wonderful to return to the Carlton Ambassador.
